Having spent years building guitars and setting necks, I finally devised my own fret protector tool.  It works great and removes the worry of damaging the frets when placing necks. The Don’t Fret™ is the perfect tool for protecting your frets while setting a new guitar neck or adjusting a mis-aligned neck.  It is designed for all six-string guitar necks.  Why ruin your frets and have to pay $200 for a fret job when you can prevent this with the “Don’t Fret™ ” tool?  This tool comes with a 3/16 ” drill bit and Velcro to attach to your clamp.
